Delivery conditions

Please note that you can track your order for an Estimated Time of Arrival from Sendle, You will receive the Delivery Advice Notification (card and/or email, SMS) with instructions on how to find the location of your parcel and how to pick up your parcel from the designated POPShop in your area. If you received a collection card, please take it with you together with your ID – to confirm your identity. In some cases, you can collect your parcel without the card, provided that you have a valid ID that shows your address.

Can I combine multiple orders and save on shipping?

You pay a one-off shipping fee for your order regardless of how many items you purchase, if the items are ordered and paid for at the same time. If you re-visit the store at a later stage to buy another item this will incur a new shipping fee.

Processing your order

All express orders placed by 9 am (AEDT) on a working day will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse on the same day. Express orders placed after 9 am will be processed the following business day. All standard orders will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 4 business days.  If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items.

Deliveries within Australia take 5- 10 business days, and Express Shipping is next business day delivery if you are within the Express Post network. To check if you are within the network, please click here.

What happens if a product is "Out of Stock"?

We have the option to select pre-order and get 20% off and delivery six weeks after.

Shipping (Refunds and Exchanges) 

Amour Jewellery is only responsible for postage costs for defective or damaged items and will Exchange/Credit Note to the Buyer for returned damaged items.

According of the change mind policy we will allow a return for store credit or exchange product. To return your product as long as the item has not been worn and is still in it's original packaging. Customer will be responsible for the shipping fee to send the items back to Amour. 

Customer should make sure that items are safely packed before sending them back. Amour Jewellery will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Over 14 days all exchanges shipping from warehouse postage  charges are to be covered by the customer.
