Returns Within 14 Days:

We want you to love your jewellery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns:

Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and undamaged.

Original packaging and tags must be intact and included.

Proof of purchase (order number and receipt) is required for all returns.

Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Shipping:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of high value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Return Process:

Contact our customer service team at bettyor@amour-jewellery.com to initiate a return.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with any included accessories.

Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method, with return shipping costs paid by you.

Once we receive your return, our quality assurance team will inspect the item.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days after approval.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange for a replacement. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items:

Earrings (for hygiene reasons) are non-returnable unless faulty.

Customized or personalized items made to order are non-returnable unless defective.
